What the three verdicts mean
Structure — the document matches the open MGR v0.1 schema: the four required blocks, well-formed entries. Chain — every dated entry hashes to its predecessor and the seal matches, so the history has not been quietly edited (unsealed means nobody sealed it, which is different from tampered). This page reports facts about the document. It does not grade the model, endorse the vendor, or certify anything — a complete record describing a poorly performing model is still a valid record.
For vendors: the badge
If you publish your MGR document at a public URL, you can offer buyers one-click independent verification. The badge below links here with your document pre-loaded; what buyers see is the reference SDK's verdict, not your word for it. Publishing a verifiable governance record is the cheapest trust a vendor can buy, because it costs only honesty.

The badge asserts exactly one thing: that you publish a sealed MGR record buyers can verify independently. Do not present it as a certification, and neither will we.
